Position Overview
We are currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Spanish-speaking Daycare Provider. As a Daycare Provider, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating K-5th grade students, creating a safe and engaging environment where they can learn and play – all en Español!
Responsibilities
- Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for elementary-aged children.
- Help students complete their homework during 30-minute reading time: reading, math, and more.
- Engage enthusiastically with children in both English and Spanish, fostering their bilingualism.
- Collaborate with other daycare providers and educators to ensure a consistent and enriching learning experience for all children.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Experience working with children ages 2-5 years old in a childcare or early childhood education setting.
- A warm and caring personality with a demonstrated passion for working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a stimulating and engaging learning environment.
- Commitment to providing individualized care and attention to each child.
